Custom-made furniture is crafted specifically for you, so it’s non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you’ve purchased a standard product and it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
